1. Introduction, Acceptance of Terms, and Definitions
Acceptance: Welcome to Calligro. By using the app or creating an account, you acknowledge your full and legal agreement to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to any clause, please stop using the app immediately. Definitions: App: The Calligro digital platform. User: Anyone who uses the app or creates an account. Student: A user who enrolls in educational courses. Teacher: A user who offers educational or artistic courses or services. Content: All materials published within the app (texts, images, videos, assignments, artworks).
2. Account Creation and Management
The student is obligated to provide correct, accurate, and updated personal information when creating the account. The student bears full responsibility for maintaining the confidentiality of their login data and everything that is issued from their account. The student has the right to request the deletion of their account at any time. In return, Calligro administration has the right to suspend or delete any account in the event of suspected illegal use, misuse of the platform, or violation of these terms.
3. Registration for Courses and Educational Sessions
The student has the right to register for the offered courses, attend sessions, and submit required assignments. Session times are displayed automatically according to the student's geographic time zone.
4. Payments and Refund Policy
Payments for courses are made by students in advance via approved and secure payment methods within the app. Refunds: The student has the right to request a refund of the amount paid only before the start of the first session of the course in the event of convincing reasons. Forfeiture of the right to refund: After the course starts, the student is not entitled to claim any financial refund, whether they attended the sessions or not. Accepted refund requests are processed according to the payment mechanism used and within the time period specified by payment service providers (banks or payment gateways). Calligro reserves the right to refuse any refund request in the event of suspected manipulation or misuse of this policy.
5. Intellectual Property and Copyright
The student grants the Calligro app a non-exclusive license to display the content they may share (such as assignments) within the app. The student is prohibited from republishing, recording, copying, or sharing any educational content outside the platform or sending it to third parties without the explicit written permission of the teacher who owns the content. Any violation exposes the student to legal accountability.
6. Behavior, Community, and Ratings
Community Rules: Publishing any offensive, immoral, or illegal content is prohibited. Promoting services or platforms outside Calligro without prior permission is prohibited. The administration has the right to delete any violating post or comment without notice. Ratings: The student is allowed to rate the teacher after completing the course or fulfilling the attendance and submission conditions.
7. Translation and Disclaimer
Translation: Some content may be translated automatically depending on the app language. Calligro bears no responsibility for any errors resulting from machine translation. Disclaimer: The Calligro platform is an intermediary platform; it bears no responsibility for any direct dispute that may arise between the student and the teacher. Your use of the app and reliance on its content is entirely at your own personal responsibility.
8. Amendments to Terms
Calligro administration retains the absolute right to amend these terms at any time. Users will be notified of any material amendment. Your continued use of the app after this notification constitutes an explicit and binding agreement to the new amendments.
